Scam Robocalls Won’t Stop As Long As Phone Providers Can Rake In Profits

The National Consumer Law Center (www.nclc.org) and the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) have just released an important new report examining a major problem in the American telephone system: phone providers profit from the tens of millions of scam robocalls that Americans receive every day – even when it’s apparent to the providers that the calls are criminally fraudulent.
